SAM's Club
Sam's Club is the Senior Adult Ministry of Garland Road Baptist Church. A lively group of senior adults who believe that "Retirement Is Wonderful," they attend the Agape Sunday School Class at the church and are constantly ON THE MOVE. Many of the members love to travel and past trips have included a trip to Dallas, Texas to attend the Billy Graham Crusade, a tour of the Braum's ice cream factory in Tuttle, Christmas lighting troup trips to several Oklahoma locations, and dinner out-on-the-town in Oklahoma City and Stillwater.
They support several local community efforts and have participated in collecting food for the local "Horn of Plenty" and just recently purchased school supplies for the Enid Public School System. They have also contributed shoe boxes full of Christmas gifts for Franklin Graham's Samaritan's Puruse and supported the Food Boxes to Iraq, a program sponsored by the Southern Baptist Convention.
"Every day above group is a good day!"
